As one of the best Bryan/ College Station Newborn Photography studios, we try our best to make sure our newborn photography pricing is affordable to fit any budget. Our baby photography pricing is all-inclusive which means you will receive a certain amount of professionally edited files from your session with a print release. This allows you to print with any printing lab of your choosing. We also offer our clients access to VERY LOW priced professional photography products so you can have the quality of my professional print labs at your fingertips!
We prefer to focus on the simple beauty of your little one with minimal use of props and we provide everything for the session. The studio only photographs posed newborn sessions within the first 4-6 weeks after birth in our home studio located in Bryan - College Station (sessions take place Monday through Friday at 9am) and our typical newborn session takes less than an hour and half to complete. We only book a set number of newborn sessions each month, so please be sure to secure your due date on our calendar as soon as you know you want to book.
If your baby has already been born we will try my best to squeeze you in before you’re little one is 4 weeks days old. Posed newborn sessions are not scheduled on babies that are older than 30 days old, Some clients prefer to book this session over the “posed” newborn collections we offer. You can also pre schedule your due date with this session in mind!
Outdoor Maternity sessions are also offered with a Newborn Package, my Moon & Stars Collection is my most popular package for new moms!

When should I schedule?
The sooner the better! We take a limited number of newborns each month, so that we can maintain the flexibility necessary for these sessions. We understand that there is a good chance your baby will not come on his/her due date! Once you sign a contract and pay the retainer fee, you will be “soft booked”. Then we simply ask our mamas to keep in touch with us if you happen to delivery early or are running late. We love to receive a text with a picture of your new arrival too!
What should I expect from each session?
All of our packages come with digital images. If you find that you would like to purchase more after seeing your gallery, you will have the choice to make that purchase. Digital Images are $10 per each addt image.
Here are some details about each type of session
In the Watch Me Grow - Moon & Stars Collection all include Sibling & Family shots. This means, we will do your full family, Mom , Baby & Siblings (if applicable), Dad, baby & sibling (if applicable), Dad, Mom & baby, Siblings with baby, and individuals of each sibling with baby.
As we mentioned, parent/sibling shots are done at the beginning of the session. With this in mind, we usually recommend that dad or another person take the older siblings home once their portion is done. Children, especially younger ones, can become restless in a warm, small studio. We are just minutes from restaurants and shopping, so feel free to step out for a bit. For parents, you are welcome to sit close and watch us work with your little. Or you may choose just to sit back and relax! For some parents, this time will be your first moments alone since baby was born! So feel free to bring a book or put your head back and take a nap.

When and where does the newborn session take place?
Newborn are best photographed during the first two - four weeks of life. Newborn sessions can be done later, but your baby will not sleep as easily through the posing and may also not be able to curl into all the cuddly newborn poses. If you are wondering if your baby is still able to have a newborn session, please contact the studio.
All newborn sessions take place in my Home Studio located in College Station, Tx. Our studio is fully stocked with props, backdrops, outfits and accessories that wouldn’t be available for travel.
What is a newborn session like and how do I prepare?
Because your baby has been in the womb at 98.6 degrees for the last nine months, the studio is kept warm. So please dress appropriately! White noise is played to assure baby is sleeping sweetly through the poses and there will be quiet music playing in the background. Sessions are baby led and usually last 1.5 hours, depending on the type of session chosen as well as the baby. You will receive a session prep guide, so please do your best to follow the schedule that morning. Please be prepared to feed on demand if breastfeeding, or bring many extra bottles if bottle feeding. If you are nursing, please avoid spicy and gassy foods both the day before and the day of the session. I also recommend bringing a pacifier, even if baby is not taking one. We use this soothing tool when baby is not hungry, but needs pacification while posing. Please also bring a soft blanket to wrap baby in between poses.
When you book your session, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out. And this will give us direction as far as the color scheme that you would like to use. From there, we will choose props, outfits and backdrops that we feel will accomplish the look you desire. If during the session you see something that we are using that you do not love (Or the opposite: you see something that you love that we are NOT using) just let us know so we accommodate!
