Predetermined Reschedule date:
IF the weather is bad ie: Raining, to windy (because of props) we will have to reschedule, if we do the Pre determined reschedule date will be as listed. If all dates are rained out and we are unable to do them before Christmas, then all monies will be held as a credit to be used within a 3 mth time frame.
Oct 10th – Reschedule date Oct 11th
Nov 7th – Reschedule date Nov 8th
Nov 21st – reschedule date Nov 22nd
Nov 29th – Reschedule date Dec 13th
Dec 12th – Reschedule date Dec 19th
Balance is due ONE WEEK Before Session date, failure to pay Balance by due date will result in Cancellation and forfeiting of retainer.
* If session has to be cancelled or rescheduled due to sickness, or shutdown all monies paid will be held as credit to use in the 2020-2021 year (depending on length of shutdown if applicable Jan 2021)
All Session are Non Refundable.
PLEASE NOTIFY ME BEFORE your session IF You or your child:
- is sick ie: Headache, Fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat etc
- have been exposed to someone who has tested Positive for the Flu, Covid or any other Viral infections.
- or someone in your family has traveled to high risk areas
